In-Home Support
For people of all ages with Intellectual & Developmental Disabilities
Alora's Bridge Supports program brings compassionate, person-centered care right to your door, strengthening your family's network and helping your loved one thrive where they're most comfortable.
Get In Touch
Bridge Supports is Alora's in-home care program designed for people of all ages (as young as age 2) with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Instead of uprooting your loved one, we bring trained support to them, at your family home or their own.
Whether you need personal care for a disabled family member, need help building daily skills, or just someone to steady the routine, our team works alongside you, not around you.
How Bridge Supports Works
Five simple steps stand between where you are now and the support your loved one deserves. You're in control every step of the way.

1
Get in Touch
Reach out through our form, by phone, or through a referral from your care coordinator. No paperwork yet, just a conversation.
2
Admission Interviews
We meet with you and your loved one to truly understand their needs, preferences, daily routines, and goals. This shapes everything that follows.
3
Matching & Choice
We identify the right combination of Bridge Supports and recruit support staff that fits your loved one's personality and goals. You choose who joins the team.
4
Begin Supports
Once everyone is comfortable and ready, services begin on your term — at the pace that makes sense for your family.
5
Ongoing Support
Alora stays with you. Regular check-ins, responsive care adjustments, and 24/7 access to our support network — you're never navigating this alone.
